Dear Bernie,
This is a letter to thank you for the part that you played in fulfilling our twenty-year-long dream of owning a piece of the Outer Banks. I hope this story of our journey helps to convey the warm memories and wonderful experience we had during the construction process.
You met us at the site to better explain what all the sand, trees and bushes were going to look like when Magnolia Bay was completed. You did a great job, and with you standing amidst the ditches and heavy equipment, we could actually visualize the layout and you left us with a strong feeling that you knew what you wanted to convert this into and that you had the experience behind you to get it done. However, being raised in New York, we learned that "too good to be true" is just that, too good to be true, we were naturally skeptical of words and phrases like, "premium," "high quality" and "first class." However, based on meeting with you and reading the imaginary walk-through of what was to become our house, we decided to put our money down.
Construction began, and as an engineer, I could finally get to see if what looked "too good to be true" was to become a reality. We made many trips to see the work in progress and from the very start I was impressed; what I saw was beyond my expectations. The framing had twice as much wood as I expected and the workmanship was excellent. The painstaking attention to detail that you are known for in Corolla is absolutely true and has remained so to this date. As the closing date drew near, your office sent us information for contacting the utility, cable and telephone companies. Small details perhaps, but when you are building a house from a long distance away it's a comfort to be in good hands. Our skepticism dissapated quickly; Mancuso Development is truly a special group of "too good to be true" people.

Dear Bernie,
Arlene and I would like to take this opportunity to say "thanks" for a job well done.
It is sometimes difficult to find a company that keeps their word, but Mancuso Development is truly one. You delivered our vacation home on time as promised. We have built several homes over the years, but this is the first one that came in on time.
Bernie, it is because you have such an excellent team in place that we were able to build a home some eight hours away from home and not have to worry. We felt that our extended family was looking out for our interest.
In a few years we will be building our retirement home and look forward to working with you and your associates once again.
